You can purchase Acker Finley funds through your broker or investment advisor, provided you meet the investment requirements for each fund.
Offering Memorandum Funds
The Acker Finley Select US Value 50 Fund and the Acker Finley Select Canada Focus Fund are sold through Offering Memorandum to eligible investors across Canada. The minimum initial purchase amount is $150,000 (or $500 if you are an accredited investor, as defined in National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus and Registration Exemptions).
The fund codes are:
- Acker Finley Select US Value 50 Fund
QSA820 (Front-end) and QSA821 (DSC).
- Acker Finley Select Canada Focus Fund
QSA800 (Front-end) and QSA801 (DSC).
Prospectus Fund
The Acker Finley Canada Focus Fund is sold through Prospectus to investors in all provinces except Quebec. The minimum initial purchase amount is $500. This fund has a higher management expense ratio than the Offering Memorandum funds, but follows the same investment strategy as the Acker Finley Select Canada Focus Fund.
